Fresh graduate with 5 years experience are required!

As a fresh graduate active and enthusiastic has a lot of energy to use the knowledge I have learned in college to work and to do something productive. After trying to fill my CV with experience, certificates, and internships to be special candidate when applying to any job opportunity I got, I find out that it’s not enough.

WHAT !!!

How that is not enough? What else should I do?!

I realized that in order to be a special candidate in any interview you must have other soft skills, such as confidence, always smiling, relief and the most important ‘social networks’.

Hiring Managers always seek employees who have experience for many years and the more people you know in the social life the more you are accepted for the job.

So, the best way to hit two birds with one stone is to volunteer.

Volunteerism is the best way where you can learn, get experience and communicate with different types of people in the field you want to work at.

being a part of a non-profit organization and working for the purpose of getting experience would open up new opportunities, improve your skills and let you find out how life is out of your scope zone, by being surrounded by different types of people in different kinds of places, will also expand your knowledge and your social working scope.

“There are so many things you can learn about.
But you’ll miss the best things if you keep your eyes shut.” —Dr. Seuss

In the time that you need to get a real-life job, start your career and get paid, you will get it easily because dozens of people in different sections know your working abilities so you will be recommended and you will get the privilege to work over others.

Actually I needed some time to realize that, as someone who believed that the more you work on yourself by yourself and get certificates the more you are a valuable candidate to the companies.

But It is never too late.
